Cabinet design + supply across the Phoenix metro

Website terms—not a cabinet order.

Using this website does not by itself create a design-services agreement, cabinet purchase, installation agreement, contractor relationship or other project commitment. Those obligations begin only through the applicable written and accepted project documents.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of hgcabinetsdirect.com and related website features operated by HG Cabinets Direct (“HG,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian to submit a project inquiry or enter into a transaction with HG.

2. Website use

The website provides general information about cabinetry, design support, project processes, service areas and related resources. We may modify, suspend or discontinue website content or functionality at any time.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of any device or account used to communicate with us, and ensuring that your use of the website complies with applicable law.

3. Quotes, approvals and project documents

Website descriptions, consultation discussions, preliminary layouts, automated confirmations and general price references are not final offers or binding project commitments unless expressly incorporated into a written document authorized by HG.

The project documents control.

If these website terms conflict with a signed quote, proposal, cabinet order, design agreement, change order, installation agreement, manufacturer warranty or other transaction-specific document, the more specific project document controls for that subject.

A project may require written approval of layouts, elevations, renderings, specifications, finishes, quantities, pricing, taxes, freight, delivery arrangements, exclusions, site conditions and other details before an order is released.

Anyone approving documents on behalf of an owner, contractor, company or other party represents that they have authority to do so.

4. Product, design and website information

We work to keep information useful and current, but cabinet offerings, dimensions, construction methods, finishes, prices, freight, taxes, availability and lead times may change. Manufacturer documents and final approved project specifications control over general website content.

  • Images and renderings: Photographs, digital renderings and screen colors are illustrative. Lighting, displays, photography, wood grain, natural variation, dye lots and manufacturing processes can affect actual appearance.
  • Samples: Physical samples are representative and may not capture every variation in a finished order.
  • Measurements: Preliminary dimensions are not a substitute for any required field verification. Responsibility for measurements will be identified in the project documents.
  • Design review: Clients and authorized project professionals are responsible for reviewing plans, dimensions, clearances, appliance information, door swings, fillers, panels, moldings, finished ends and other approval details.
  • Code and site requirements: Unless specifically included in a written scope, HG does not provide architectural, structural, engineering, electrical, plumbing, code-compliance or permitting advice.

5. Orders, payments, changes and cancellations

Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, taxes, freight, storage, delivery, cancellation, change and return terms are established in the applicable quote, invoice, order acknowledgement or agreement.

Before releaseChanges may affect design, price, timing and related work and must be documented and approved.
After releaseBuilt-to-order, custom, modified or specially finished products may be noncancelable and nonreturnable once released to a manufacturer or supplier.
Lead timesDates are estimates unless a project document expressly states otherwise. Manufacturing, shipping and third-party delays may occur.
InspectionDelivery shortages, visible damage or discrepancies must be documented and reported within the period stated in the project documents.

HG is not required to accept a requested change or cancellation after an order has been approved or released. Additional charges and schedule impacts may apply.

6. Installation, delivery and site conditions

Cabinet installation, demolition, construction, electrical work, plumbing, countertops, appliances, permits and other field services are included only when expressly stated in an authorized written scope.

When installation or delivery is included, the client and responsible contractor must provide safe, legal and reasonable access; a site ready for the scheduled work; accurate site and utility information; and appropriate protection for people, pets and property. Concealed, unsafe, noncompliant or materially different site conditions may require additional work, cost or time.

Independent manufacturers, carriers, installers, contractors and other providers may have separate terms and responsibilities. The applicable project documents identify HG’s actual scope and any coordination responsibilities.

7. Product and service warranties

Manufacturer products are subject to the written warranty, exclusions, care requirements and claim procedures issued by the applicable manufacturer. Warranty terms may vary by product and may change, so review the warranty provided for the actual order.

Any HG workmanship or service commitment must be stated in the applicable written agreement. Website language, renderings, marketing materials and informal communications do not create an additional warranty.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Keep project approvals, invoices, care information and warranty documents for your records.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, layout, branding, photographs, videos, code and other content are owned by HG or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names, marks and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial project evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, frame, modify or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

Design drawings, layouts, renderings and specifications may be subject to additional ownership and permitted-use terms in the applicable design or project documents.

9. Information and materials you submit

You retain ownership of materials you submit, such as plans, photographs, measurements and inspiration images. You grant HG a nonexclusive license to use, copy, store, adapt and share those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate, design, quote, order, coordinate and support the requested project.

You represent that you have the right to provide the materials and authorize their project-related use. Do not submit confidential third-party information or copyrighted material that you are not authorized to share.

HG will not use identifiable completed-project photographs for public marketing solely because they were submitted through a form. Any marketing use requiring additional permission will be addressed separately.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • use the website for fraud, unlawful activity or infringement;
  • submit false, misleading, malicious or unauthorized information;
  • interfere with website security, availability or operation;
  • introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access or probe vulnerabilities;
  • harvest information or use automated systems in a manner that burdens the website;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent authority; or
  • use HG’s content, branding or communications to imply an unauthorized affiliation.

11. Third-party websites and services

The website may link to cabinet manufacturers, social platforms, maps, scheduling, payment or other third-party services. Links are provided for convenience and do not make HG responsible for another party’s content, availability, security, products, terms or privacy practices.

12. Website disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” HG does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or suitable for every purpose.

Website content is not architectural, engineering, legal, financial, tax, code-compliance or other professional advice. Obtain appropriate advice for the project and circumstances.

These website disclaimers do not replace or expand the specific written warranties and obligations contained in an accepted project document.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HG and its owners, employees, agents and website providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website.

For claims arising solely from website use and not from a separate cabinet order or service agreement, HG’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid specifically to access the website or one hundred dollars. Liability connected to a product, order, design service, installation or other project is governed by the applicable project documents and law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold HG and its owners, employees and agents harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful website use, your material violation of these terms, or materials you submitted without the necessary rights or authority.

15. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim concerning these website terms, you and HG agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through direct written communication.

Unless a controlling project agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings concerning these website terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.

16. Electronic communications and SMS program

By communicating with HG electronically, you consent to receive responsive records and communications electronically where permitted. Electronic communication does not by itself mean that HG has accepted a cabinet order, project scope, price or change.

17. Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Revised terms apply prospectively to website use after posting and do not retroactively modify an existing signed project agreement.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Section headings are for convenience only.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices expressly incorporated here, constitute the agreement regarding use of this website. Transaction-specific project documents separately govern purchased products and services.
