What to know before we begin.
The right starting point depends on how much project information is already available.
Do I need exact measurements before the first consultation?
No. Preliminary plans, rough dimensions and photos can begin the conversation. Final ordering requires the relevant dimensions and field conditions to be verified and approved.
Can HG work from architectural or contractor plans?
Yes. HG can review architectural plans, contractor drawings and other project documents to develop or refine the cabinet package. Additional field information may still be required before ordering.
How many design revisions are included?
The number and scope of revisions should be defined in the project proposal. Requested changes outside the agreed design scope may require additional time or fees.
When will I receive cabinet pricing?
Pricing becomes more meaningful as the layout, cabinet line, finishes and accessories are defined. HG will explain what information is needed to prepare and review the applicable proposal.
How long does cabinet ordering and production take?
Timing depends on the selected cabinet line, product availability, project complexity and current manufacturer schedule. Current expectations should be reviewed before final approval because lead times can change.
Can the cabinet order be changed after approval?
Changes may be limited once an order is released or enters production. A requested revision can affect price, timing or availability and must be reviewed before it is accepted.
