It does not govern a third party’s independent website, platform, application, or privacy practices, even when we link to that service.

3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- respond to questions, consultation requests and project inquiries;
- schedule meetings and communicate about cabinetry, layouts, selections, estimates, orders and project support;
- coordinate with authorized homeowners, contractors, designers, architects, installers, manufacturers, suppliers and other project participants;
- maintain customer relationship management records and automate requested follow-up;
- send operational, service, appointment and account communications;
- send marketing communications where permitted and honor opt-out requests;
- operate, analyze, secure and improve the website and our services;
- detect misuse, protect rights and property, and comply with legal obligations; and
- create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website and service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep the site functioning, understand traffic, measure engagement, protect the site and improve marketing.
You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some site features may not function as intended when cookies are disabled. If a cookie-consent or privacy-preference tool is displayed, you may also use that tool to manage available choices.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry. Where legally required and technically supported, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
6. Calls, email and SMS
When you provide contact information, we may use it to respond to your request and communicate about appointments, project details, quotes, selections, orders, service updates and other relevant matters.
Text messaging
HG Cabinets Direct LLC collects SMS consent through clearly labeled opt-in checkboxes on our website forms, including the Project Inquiry form. The checkboxes are separate, optional and unchecked by default. One choice covers informational messages such as consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, requested project updates and customer-care responses. A separate choice covers recurring promotional messages such as special offers, discounts and service updates. You may submit a form without selecting either SMS option.
If you separately consent to receive text messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time and text HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent necessary non-marketing communications where permitted by law.
For additional terms, review our SMS Consent and Messaging Terms. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email using the link provided in the message or contact us directly.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including project history, customer service, warranty or order support, accounting, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the relationship.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No website, email, text message, storage system or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information. You may also have rights to opt out of certain processing, sale, sharing, targeted advertising or marketing communications.
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information below and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of the consumer’s identity.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason when required.
9. Children’s privacy
This website and our cabinetry services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.
10. Third-party links and services
Our website may link to cabinet manufacturers, social networks, maps, scheduling tools, payment providers or other third-party services. Those parties control their own privacy and security practices. Review their policies before providing information directly to them.
11. Changes to this policy
